- All tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded.
- To gain entry to the event, please present a physical ticket or provide the will call name at the door.
- Ticket transfers are permitted, allowing you to transfer your ticket to another guest for the same event. However, this option is only available until the start time of the event. Once the event has commenced, ticket transfers are no longer allowed.
- Refund requests will only be considered if they are made within 24 hours of the original ticket purchase.

Concert Seating and Attendance
There are no assigned or reserve seating at our events. Seating is at a first-come-first-serve basis. Please note patrons do not have a guaranteed seat at our events if they arrive late. The YAO reserves the right to sell additional tickets to fill seats at the start of an event. We highly advise patrons to plan ahead. High and/or full capacity concerts take place in September, October, and December.
All merchandise items can be returned within 3 days of purchase. Items which have been damaged and/or used will not be refunded. Please send us an email for more information by visiting the contact page.

The Las Vegas Young Artists Orchestra, also known as the Young Artists Orchestra (YAO), is a professional training youth orchestra based out of Las Vegas, NV. Led by Founder & Music Director, Yunior Lopez, the orchestra unites the most talented young musicians up to age 22, who bring their creativity and exceptional musicality to over 15 concerts and events annually. In September 2016, the orchestra program expanded with the addition of the Young Artists Orchestra Academy – a youth orchestra designed to prepare and train young musicians for inclusion in the Young Artists Orchestra. Founded on the basis of educating and promoting young musicians, the Young Artists Orchestra is fully dedicated to the artistic, personal, and professional development of outstanding instrumentalists. Through a wide range of performance and instructional activities, the Young Artists Orchestra seeks to develop the skills and qualifications required of twenty-first century musicians. Under the Artistic and Musical direction of Yunior Lopez, the program offers detailed exposure to traditional and modern orchestral repertoire, collaborations with nationally and internationally recognized guest artists, in addition to unique chamber music opportunities. Moreover, it’s one of the few tuition-free youth orchestra programs in the United The Las Vegas Philharmonic is Southern Nevada’s only professional symphony orchestra. Founded in 1998 by Music Director and Conductor Laureate Harold Weller and long-time Las Vegas arts supporters Susan and Andrew Tompkins, the Las Vegas Philharmonic made a bold stake for artistic credibility with its inaugural concert, a performance of Mahler’s Symphony No. 2, “Resurrection” in 1999. The orchestra performed this magnificent work yet again to a sold out hall as resident company for the grand opening of The Smith Center for the Performing Arts in March 2012.
